Known for his court show, “Judge Mathis,” Greg Mathis Sr. holds the record for the longest-running daytime show hosted by an African American male. While he’s a boss in the courtroom, he’s often overruled at home by his wife and kids. This docu-series presents Greg and Linda Mathis being parents to their four adult children and multiple grandchildren. With two kids who live two blocks away and two more who live across the country, they always find a way to be together and end up on their favorite judge’s doorstep.

Camara plans a camping adventure with the whole family, and alter-ego Mama Boss comes out in full force; Greg Jr. gets angry when Elliott is mandated to cook while the rest of the family plays games.
Greg Jr. prepares to follow in the judge's footsteps to become an advocate for the LGBTQ community, but first must come out to the public with or without his boyfriend, Elliott, by his side.
To protect his father's reputation, Greg Jr. takes over the judge's social media accounts to prevent him from responding to internet trolls; after Amir and his girlfriend, Sally, call it quits, he visits a shaman to get help with his relationships
Jade's romantic flame from back East visits and meets the family; Greg Sr. learns he is receiving a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and Linda uses it as an opportunity for him to make changes to his dietary habits.
Linda and Camara host their annual event where Linda must conquer her fear of public speaking; Amir feels the pressure to impress his dad when they record a podcast together.
In celebration of the judge's historic career, the entire Mathis family gathers for a glitzy, star-studded party in his honor; Elliott and Greg Jr. share some news.
